Las Vegas will host the world’s first certified gluten-free fast food restaurant.
FOX5: LAS VEGAS, Nev. On Friday, January 19, 2024, in Las Vegas, Power Soul Cafe—the first certified gluten-free fast-food restaurant chain in the world—will formally open.
A press release states that the new quick-service brand will provide smoothies and healthful fast food around-the-clock.

Entrepreneur Dina Mitchell, based in Las Vegas, confirmed the grand opening date and the address of Power Soul’s flagship store and central kitchen, which will be located at 8180 W. Warm Springs Rd. (at Tarkanian Plaza) and 3501 S. Valley View Blvd. in Chinatown.

Customers will find it easy to place orders and pay for them using a smartphone, the Power Soul Cafe website, or by scanning a QR code.
The latter will take users to the “Discover My Power” tool, which allows them to filter menu options and recommendations based on specific dietary requirements, flavor preferences, and allergy concerns.

An “AI drive-thru solution” with a walk-up window and self-serve AI pickup lockers will be available at the flagship location.
From January 19–25, Power Soul Cafe will be giving away free smoothies and food (daily offerings may vary) to patrons who donate $1 or more to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada in honor of the grand opening.
In collaboration with Summit Integrated Health, the W. Warm Springs Rd. location will provide free wheat allergy testing on a few dates and times.

The restaurant is hiring 120 people, so it is currently taking applications. The first location, at 1469 E. Lake Mead Pkwy. in Henderson, is anticipated to open in January.
