- Yields 6
- One package (8 ounces) of Brie
- one-third cup chopped walnuts
- One tiny cluster of grapes
- One tablespoon of oil from avocados
- One tablespoon of freshly chopped thyme, plus additional for garnish if preferred
- 1/4 tspn flaky sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup caramel topping with salt
